OXC LEADERS - Ahmad Khairul
Ahmad Khairul Abdul Karim has joined the business since April 2007. He was promoted to Agency Supervisor in just 2 months after he decided to build his career seriously.
With his motto "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS AND HANG ON TO YOUR THOUGHTS TILL THE END!" thus he qualified himself as NEW CONSULTANTS SALES CONVENTION to Bangkok in the same year.
His achievements doesn't stop there as he won TOP POINT AWARD in his BUILDING NEW RISING STAR SEMINAR 8 (BNRS) awarded by the CIMB WEALTH ADVISORS BERHAD also in November 2007.
Later, the same year in December 2007, he was invited as a guest in national TV morning talk show with Elaine Daily and Hanson as the host in MORNING BEAKFAST SHOW at NTV7, particularly educating viewers the benefit of Unit Trust Investment.
In year 2008 as a great leader, he kept on building his career rapidly by qualifiying as REGIONAL SALES CONTEST Qualifier to Jakarta & Bandung, Indonesia in June 2008.
He owned a very beautiful room office in Otye Excellence Agency and lead one of the best team in the Agency by leading 20 registered downlines under him by encouraging, motivating and add values to their lives by following the CIMB's and the Agency's guide lines in order to achieve thier dreams and be succesfull.
With the strong belief and excellent teamwork from his commited and dedicated team,he will be promoting soon to Agency Manager in January 2009 and proudly to claim to be one of the fastest promoting consultant from Agency Supervisor to Agency Manager in CIMB WEALTH ADVISORS BERHAD which took him only 12 months in this business.
